Chef and Owner Luigi Giordano, born and raised in Cote de Amalfe, Province
of Salerno, Italy. He has transformed with the glow of Italy,a beautifully
decorated and warm enviroment for all to enjoy.
Chef Giordano decided many years back that the appropriate place for an
Italian restaurant was in Ste-Dorothee, Laval (City of the Future) where all
the natural produce was grown, in Chef Giordano's eye's freshness and
Italian Authenticity were going to be the cornerstone of Restaurant Palmo.
Master Chef and recognized with awards from "L'Association Professionale
Cuochi Italiani" and the only North American Chef that had been invited by
